- Karkat = Link (but nobody takes him seriously)
- John = Midna, follows him around as his helper/partner

- Aradia = Shiekah (Impa maybe?)
- Equius = Lon Lon Ranch owner
- Nepeta = Romani, Malon
- Terezi = Kaepora Gaebora, rides around on Pyralspite
- Kanaya = girl Karkat grew up with?
TEMPLES
Gamzee = forest (Temple of Rage): shaped like a giant tent in the mirthful technicolour forest and then gets REALLY FUCKING SCARY the further in it goes (big guillotine that shoots ahead, Karkat too short but almost gets hit so it goes over his head, hits John and cuts off his head… But he’s god tier so he can’t die! so he just sticks it back on and lives)
Eridan = Water temple (Temple of Hope): fountain and waterfalls cascading and shit
Tavros = Temple of Sick Fires (Temple of Breath): fiery desert
Sollux = Shadow Temple (Temple of Doom): Karkat gets a whip!, chased by a boulder, special sight!, different sacrificial rituals, basically a giant Indiana Jones parody
Vriska = Sky Temple (Temple of Light): haven’t figured this one out yet
Kanaya = Field Temple (Temple of Space): only open during the day, temple dedicated to day and night
Aradia = Temple of Time: inside the temple there’s two gates to the Prospit Gods and Derse Gods, and she’s the one who can send them out and ask them roles
John, Dave, Jade, Rose are the gods/guardians to the Spirit Realm

Aradia senses that Lord English is awakening, so she sends out John to awaken the Hero to go awaken all the other sages
The Lusii are enraged and their temples go grimdark and Jack is using the temple to gain powers, so you have to defeat each temple one by one so you can weaken Jack because with them all active, there is no way to defeat him

Eridan = Hero of Hope <- He’s the main character instead
